Tom joined as a Partner in our Bermuda office in October 2025, having spent 28 years with a big 4 accounting Firm in New York and Bermuda.

Tom’s 28 plus years in professional services has been focused on the delivery of audit, assurance and advisory services in the insurance and reinsurance marketplace to both domestic and international clients. Through his client engagement and leadership roles, Tom has gained significant experience working with and delivering under PCAOB, SEC, NAIC and Bermuda regulatory frameworks. Along with audit and assurance engagements, Tom also has a great deal of experience delivering services relating to insurance/captive feasibility, IPO readiness, process improvement, control design/implementation and control deficiency remediation.
